Admin: Scheduler Redesign

Design that improves upon current app interface used by SSIT:

how frequently do you use the different views for day, week, month?
how valuable is real time info?
- what are the proportion of fixed, repeating rides to new, single-time rides
how are rides assigned to drivers? done manually each day?
- splitting into separate page for adding/assigning and monitoring assigned rides?

- some way to calculate driver availability?

- what do admins need to be able to update in regards to student info throughout the day?
