Our primary contact, Sarah Meadows, from IT@Cornell has notified us that she will be on parental leave until June. Carriage is trying to actively maintain contain with IT@Cornell through Fermin Romero and CULift.

By End-of-Semseter SP24 (Web):

• implement all user testing feedback received from the 2023 winter break
• conduct more user testing meetings and retrieve feedback after finalizing web deployment using Heroku
• web application hand-off to IT@Cornell and SDS

By End-of-Semseter SP24 (Mobile):

• have a Flutter review work session
• obtain IOS licensing from DTI
  • currently, Carriage can only deploy the mobile application on Android
• start user testing on mobile with IT@Cornell, SDS, and CuLift drivers and dispatchers
  • create a mobile testing feedback document and start inputting tasks for developers on Trello

By End-of-Semseter SP24 (Logistics):

• fully reorganize Notion with full product features and specifications
• fully reorganize FIGMA with new design system
  • no longer have multiple working files on the Figma
• Update design onboarding files
