For the FW24 semester, Carriage has a 2-hour work session weekly on Wednesday in Hollister Hall Room 368. Standup will be done at the beginning of each work sesh.

Below is a template of how a work session operates:

1. Icebreaker
2. Stand-up
   1. Each person will verbally share what they did this past week and the progress they made throughout the week.
   2. Stand-ups will be conducted every week during each work sesh.
3. Logistical Updates
   1. Updates from meetings with IT@Cornell, SDS, and SSIT
   2. Updates about sprints and product developments
4. Current Sprint Updates
   1. Allow the team to know what sprint we are currently on and the progress made toward this
5. TPM Announces New Tasks Assigned on Trello
   1. Every developer is shown their tasks and guiding documents that could help them
   2. Deadlines for each task are also shown
6. Developers Break Into Groups or Individually to Work on Their Tasks
